        Eric, the founder of Calintellect, is a physiotherapist and calisthenics athlete with over 13 years of experience. His passion for calisthenics extends to his master's thesis on the Front Lever as a strength measurement tool.


        As the creator of the popular YouTube channel “FrinksmovementTV”, Eric has produced widely acclaimed calisthenics documentaries and interviewed experts like Dr. Mike Israetel, Greg Nuckols, and David Epstein, as well as collaborated with athletes and creators like Pere Coll, “Geek Climber” and Daniel Vadnal (FitnessFAQs).


        Since 2018, he has been coaching clients worldwide, helping them achieve their calisthenics goals.

        Gianluca, the operations partner at calintellect is a personal trainer and calisthenics coach, as well as an advanced calisthenics athlete.


        He received his exercise science program certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder as well as advanced fitness and physical training instructor certificate from the ALIFID (Latin american alliance of fitness and sport instructors)


        Gian has been teaching for more than 4 years and his main areas of interest are hypertrophy training, nutrition and calisthenic skills.

        Within a few days of analyzing your form, we’ll create a roadmap tailored to your goals. We’ll consult with you to finalize the roadmap and begin crafting the first week of your personalized program

        Once the roadmap is ready, you’ll gain access to the coaching platform and all other materials. Within a day or two, you’ll receive your first week of training. On the platform, you can upload videos of your exercises, share comments, and track progress. We’ll monitor your performance, and you’ll have direct access to us via WhatsApp for urgent questions. After the first week, we’ll provide detailed feedback, address your comments, and adjust the program as needed for the following week

        When do I make a payment?


        Payment (or the first payment in case of installments) is done upfront during the extended form fulfillment (after the free 30-minute call).

        When does the coaching period begin?


        The coaching period begins on the first day of your training program.

        Can I pause the cooperation due to external reasons?


        Yes, you can pause your coaching program intermediately if needed. You can get to know the specific conditions requirements in the contract that you sign before making a purchase

        Are there certain requirements to get accepted for coaching?


        There are no specific requirements to get accepted into our coaching program, outside of the existing whatsapp number. It is open to everyone who is eager to learn and improve their calisthenics skills, regardless of their current fitness level. The program you receive is fully personalized, also towards your available equipment and time.

        Do you offer nutritional support?


        No, our coaching program doesn’t include nutritional guidance. We provide basic advice on diet and nutrition to help you organize it along your training.

        Will I receive an invoice after the purchase?


        Yes, you will receive an invoice via email immediately after completing your purchase. This invoice will contain all the details of your transaction for your records. Coaching can potentially be a tax deductible purchase if you have a fitness/health related business.
