Founder, MSc Physiotherapy
Eric, the founder of Calintellect, is a physiotherapist and calisthenics athlete with over 13 years of experience. His passion for calisthenics extends to his master's thesis on the Front Lever as a strength measurement tool.
As the creator of the popular YouTube channel “FrinksmovementTV”, Eric has produced widely acclaimed calisthenics documentaries and interviewed experts like Dr. Mike Israetel, Greg Nuckols, and David Epstein, as well as collaborated with athletes and creators like Pere Coll, “Geek Climber” and Daniel Vadnal (FitnessFAQs).
Since 2018, he has been coaching clients worldwide, helping them achieve their calisthenics goals.

Gianluca, the operations partner at calintellect is a personal trainer and calisthenics coach, as well as an advanced calisthenics athlete.
He received his exercise science program certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder as well as advanced fitness and physical training instructor certificate from the ALIFID (Latin american alliance of fitness and sport instructors)

When you schedule a call with our head coach, you’re not committing to anything. During this 20-minute call, we’ll get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your general training struggles and set expectations for potential cooperation
Share Your Goals and Challenges

If we agree to work together, we’ll send you an in-depth form specifically designed to gather detailed insights into your training history and challenges. The more information you provide, the better context we’ll have to make informed decisions from the start. At this stage, we’ll also take care of any necessary formalities
Your Personalized Roadmap

Within a few days of analyzing your form, we’ll create a roadmap tailored to your goals. This roadmap will break down your long-term vision into clear, actionable steps that we’ll tackle one by one. While flexible, this plan will serve as a reference point for your training journey. We’ll consult with you to finalize the roadmap and begin crafting the first week of your personalized program
The First Week of Training

Once the roadmap is ready, you’ll gain access to the coaching platform and all other materials. Within a day or two, you’ll receive your first week of training. On the platform, you can upload videos of your exercises, share comments, and track progress. We’ll monitor your performance, and you’ll have direct access to us via WhatsApp for urgent questions. After the first week, we’ll provide detailed feedback, address your comments, and adjust the program as needed for the following week
Progress Through Training Cycle

We’ll continue this process over several weeks, forming a complete training cycle. The length of the cycle will be agreed upon in advance, ensuring it aligns with your goals and schedule
Reflect, Adjust, Move Forward

At the end of the training cycle, we’ll schedule a meeting to review your progress. We’ll discuss successes, address roadblocks, and plan for the next phase of your training. This iterative process will continue throughout your package, and we’re always open to extending our collaboration if desired

The first time I learned about Eric was from his YouTube channel, where he has quite unique content about calisthenics and training in general. His videos are full of knowledge and science, which I undoubtedly missed. On his website, I saw that he offered coaching, so I decided to contact him to see if he could work with me, and he could! We signed a three-month contract. I filled out the questionnaire, and Eric scheduled an intro session where he asked me many questions about my goals, health condition, equipment, schedule, and any training-related preferences I had. Do you offer nutritional support?
No, our coaching program doesn’t include nutritional guidance. We provide basic advice on diet and nutrition to help you organize it along your training.
Will I receive an invoice after the purchase?
